2006 - Arlington Central School Dist., Bd. of Educ. v. Murphy, U.S. Supreme Court, 6/06. This was my third time at bat. Oral argument before the Justices was the first time I fully experienced the national hatred toward me personally and professionally by lawyers.

2007- I accepted my last case, Z.R. v. Fort Lee Board of Education. It was a test case from New Jersey involving transition from high school to post secondary education and/or employment. The petitioner was an 18 year old young lady with multiple disabilities including cerebral palsy.
